Peter has been repairing Asian vehicles for some 38 years. Recently, we were discussing our business and asked ourselves: “Who are our customers? Who really makes up our customer base as a whole?” After a great deal askpatty_femalecertified_logo_printof conversation, we discovered that about 85% of our customers are women. Naturally, we take great pride in making sure that all of our female customers feel comfortable asking questions about their vehicle regarding repairs and/or maintenance. Japanese Motor Works, Inc. is very excited to have recently become a Certified Female Friendly repair facility. Their mission statement and our shop philosophy are identical in providing a safe, reliable, clean and professional shop that they can call home.
